1. Catalog
- This is where you will begin with the KeepTraK
Preventive Maintenance and Work Request software for
facilities and equipment. We help you create a
tree or your organization the locations, facilities,
equipment and items you will be maintaining and
tracking. By doing this you have your operation
organized for easy reporting and compilation.
Also making entries here makes life easy. These
entries are then part of dropdowns in other sections
of the program so you can point and click selections
as opposed to continually retyping them.
To enter items into
the Catalog you simply fill out the desired items into
the boxes in the dropdown tree. Note that all
previous entries within that tree are dropdowns so you
don't have to retype them.

You can then select
Preview My Catalog to view in outline format all items
you have entered into the catalog. If you would
like a hard copy simply select Print.

2. Equipment Information
- KeepTraK Parts Inventory software makes it easy to
organize and store important information about a piece
of equipment so you can quickly obtain data about.
The are a number of ways by which you can easily find
equipment items as well a several reports to display
this information.

3. People and
Resources
- this is where you enter the people who will be using
the program as well as their craft and title.
You can also enter Companies to whom you assign work
to. Once again these entries then appear as dropdowns
selections later throughout the program saving you
time by not having to continually retype them.

4. Preventive
Maintenance -
Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Request is used
to display existing records, make new records, print
or preview reports and search. The Preventive
Maintenance display screen shows all current data
about a PM record. This is also the
gateway to add a new, edit, delete and get reports.

To enter a new PM fill
in the applicable fields. Use the
dropdown menus to point and click entries to save time
typing. Customizable dropdowns speed up the
process. You can also use an existing PM as a
template to fill in all the blanks and then manually
modify to suit your needs saving even more time.
Reporting is easy.
Simply select the report you would like from the
dropdown. Fill in the optional criteria and
filters, then click "Preview Print" to get the results
and print them out if you like.

Types of Reports:
1. Current Record you
are viewing.

currently DUE OVERDUE or URGENT
3. PMs that will
become due between dates in the future
4. Completion history
for a PM. A handy report is the
Completion History report. This show the history
of all completions for a PM, the date, who, status,
notes etc.

5. PMs for a piece of
equipment - This report is very useful for things like
Joint Commission Preventive Maintenance and Compliance
Reporting. Many manufacturing plants who do
ISO9000 and ISO9001 Standards need software that
produces this report.

Requests and Logs
- Work Order software for unscheduled tasks, work
requests, and repairs. Simple and easy to fill out.
Quick and easy reporting to show data most often
needed. Also, contains a Custom Report Builder
where you can select the parameters you wish to search
such as certain equipment and between dates etc.

- KeepTraK Parts Inventory software module allows a
way to enter, modify, adjust parts inventory.
Also includes is a quick and easy way to create,
process and record Purchase Requests (Purchase
Orders). A number of reports are included to
help you manage your parts and inventory. The
main Part screen looks as follows.

Find Order Enter -
From here you can add, modify and delete parts from
your inventory. Included is the ability to
search and find parts a number of ways. Here is
where you can start and complete a Purchase Request
with only a few mouse click dropdowns. Notice
the variety of data that can be stored for parts if
needed.

Lists - You will start
with this area when setting up Parts. Spending a
little time getting the following lists populated will
save you countless hours when using parts. All
of these entries will then become part of dropdowns
you can later click from rather than entering all of
this repetitive data manually. Just another one
